Yes, we have an extensive training program for both partners and customers.

Is ChargePilot® interoperable with all major brands of charger and vehicles?

Yes. We use Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP) to integrate with all major brands, including AC, DC, pantograph, and plug in chargers. For a current list of charger integrations, see here. If you don’t see your preferred charger, please get in touch to see if we can accommodate.

Does The Mobility House offer error monitoring and technical support?

Yes. We have a 24/7 monitoring team who pro-actively works to resolve charger errors remotely, and a 10/5 technical support hotline available Monday-Friday, 8AM to 6PM.

How does ChargePilot® integrate with existing systems, e.g. depot management system?

ChargePilot® sits in the middle of the energy ecosystem at your charging depot. It connects with your energy management system or onsite solar via Modbus, with the depot management tool via Open APIs, and with telematics and depot management systems via OCPP Proxy.

How can I bundle ChargePilot® into my software offering?

If you choose, ChargePilot® can be white-labled to seamlessly integrate charging data into your software interface.
