The redesigned Charging Events page offers a more intuitive and streamlined way to monitor charging sessions in your EV fleet. Here’s what’s new: 

Quick Glance Metrics  

Track key data points like the number of charging sessions, average energy charged per session, and total energy consumption for any selected time period using the enhanced date picker. Plus, quick links for commonly used date ranges have been introduced, saving you time when pulling reports. 

Faster Search and Export Options  

Looking for specific charging points or session IDs? The search bar lets you pinpoint information instantly. The download button has also been moved to the page's top for effortless data exporting. 

Customizable Table View  

Personalize how you view your data by customizing the table columns using the filter icon. Once you’ve set your preferences, the system saves them as you move between pages for a seamless experience. 

Detailed Charging Event Summaries  

Click on any row in the table to explore detailed summaries, including the following: 

• Average charging power over one-minute intervals. 

• The State of Charge (SoC) progression for the vehicle during DC charging session. 

• Charge offer details throughout the charging session. 

• Metrics like peak power, average charging power, and total energy consumption.  

These updates not only provide valuable operational insights but also make day-to-day charging event analysis more accessible and efficient. 

Accurate data is integral to optimizing your fleet’s charging operations, and the new Loading Energy Statistics page takes reliability to the next level: 

Improved Calculation Mechanism  

We've moved to a calculation method that relies on data from ChargePilot’s® optimizer rather than charger internal data. This ensures error-free statistics by avoiding inaccuracies caused by charger resets. 

Customizable Time Resolutions  

Select your preferred resolution—15 minutes, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly—to analyze performance over specific periods. The 15-minute interval option is available for time frames up to three days, providing granular insights. 

Fleet-Wide Metrics  

View comprehensive statistics like total fleet energy consumption and maximum fleet peak load for any selected period, summarized at the top of the page. 

Multi-Distribution Statistics  

For locations with multiple electrical sub-distributions, you can now access statistics for each distribution point. This helps you track energy usage with greater precision across complex sites. 

Easy Access Downloads 

Additionally, you can export your data as a CSV file for detailed offline analysis, complete with 15-minute intervals. The export will adjust to the time and distribution resolution you select on the user interface.

Managing multiple charging stations across diverse locations just got simpler, thanks to the improved Charging Station Settings page. Key updates include: 

Focused Navigation  

Stay within the context of a selected site while managing station settings, avoiding clutter from irrelevant data across other locations. Use the search bar to find specific charging stations or firmware versions effortlessly. 

Streamlined Table Insights  

A revamped table layout helps you efficiently manage charging stations through columns that include: 

• Station ID & Name: Easily identify each station using its serial number or connector name. 

• Firmware Version Tracking: View up-to-date firmware versions via automatic boot notifications from the past two weeks. 

• Station Specifications: Check station type, number of connectors, and assigned site names.  

• Fallback Configurations: The applied fallback settings column helps you see protocols triggered when a station goes offline. 

• Saved Customization & Single-Click FirmwareUpdates  

Customize the table by choosing which columns to display— ChargePilot® saves your preferences for future sessions. Additionally, firmware updates can now be applied across multiple sites with a single click, significantly saving time and effort to ensure your stations are operation on the latest firmware.
