• Support your direct reports as a servant leader and remove impediments in the daily work of your direct reports. 
• Lead by example, embrace a hands-on mentality and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth. 
• Design, develop and run solutions to integrate electric vehicles as valuable assets into the electric power grid by means of controlling charging behaviour of EVs. 
• Work on the cost-efficiency, reliability, scalability and observability of our AWS hosted cloud systems. 

• You are a conflict mediator, a coach and a team builder with experience in leading and growing teams. 
• Experienced software developer with ideally a strong background in python and rust, experience in data engineering is a plus. 
• Either experienced in or highly motivated to dive into either the energy sector or in the field of charging electric vehicles, including the OCPP 2.x protocol and its applications.
