What you do
  • You will manage innovative Stationary battery storage TaaS/ RtM (Trading as a service / Route to market) projects
  • Your project responsibility starts with the site development and ends with the handover of the asset that is ready for commercialization. 
In between you will:
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Assess and compile site/ project conditions and technical requirements and ensure the system compliance with them
  • Coordinate and manage external stakeholders 
  • Ensure timely and cost-sensitive delivery of tasks and milestones while meeting the technical requirements
  • Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, finance, and legal departments, always being the bridge between internal and external stakeholders
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication across all parties involved in the project by eg. leading project meetings
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, plans, and presentations
  • Monitor and report on project progress to senior management and stakeholders
Who you are
  • Relevant technical qualification such as Bachelor’s or Master´s degree in electrical engineering, Environmental Science, business engineer or equivalent certification
  • You have >1 year of relevant experience in project management, preferably in the energy or renewable energy sector
  • Proven track record in managing energy storage or similar infrastructure projects
  • In-depth knowledge of permitting processes and regulatory compliance in the energy sector.
  • Solid understanding of stationary energy storage systems and related technologies, 
  • Experience with communication systems (controllers, routers) preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess site feasibility and project risks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (german/ englisch spoken & written) to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments
  • Willingness to travel as needed to project sites and meetings
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • German and English language skills Level C1
