What you do
- You will manage innovative Stationary battery storage TaaS/ RtM (Trading as a service / Route to market) projects
- Your project responsibility starts with the site development and ends with the handover of the asset that is ready for commercialization.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Assess and compile site/ project conditions and technical requirements and ensure the system compliance with them
- Coordinate and manage external stakeholders
- Ensure timely and cost-sensitive delivery of tasks and milestones while meeting the technical requirements
- Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, finance, and legal departments, always being the bridge between internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate clear and effective communication across all parties involved in the project by eg. leading project meetings
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, plans, and presentations
- Monitor and report on project progress to senior management and stakeholders
Who you are
- Relevant technical qualification such as Bachelor’s or Master´s degree in electrical engineering, Environmental Science, business engineer or equivalent certification
- You have >1 year of relevant experience in project management, preferably in the energy or renewable energy sector
- Proven track record in managing energy storage or similar infrastructure projects
- In-depth knowledge of permitting processes and regulatory compliance in the energy sector.
- Solid understanding of stationary energy storage systems and related technologies,
- Experience with communication systems (controllers, routers) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess site feasibility and project risks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (german/ englisch spoken & written) to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments
- Willingness to travel as needed to project sites and meetings
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- German and English language skills Level C1
