What you do

Structuring and managing a rapidly growing portfolio of heterogeneous customers
Responsibility for long-term energy procurement and thus enabling cost-optimized hedging of our open position
Supporting our risk management and continuously developing our procurement strategy in close coordination
Development of new product ideas for risk mitigation and for our flexibility products based on market developments and in coordination with product management
Opening new procurement channels/products in order to expand our activities to new partners, markets and countries
Monitoring the daily business processes in electricity trading (from forecasting and bidding to settlement)

Who you are

Successfully completed studies, ideally with a specialization in energy economics or finance
In-depth knowledge of the interconnections on the European energy markets and energy trading
Relevant practical experience in portfolio management, risk management and/or commodity trading
Good decision-making skills and the ability to assess the consequences and evaluate the risks involved
Strong MS Office skills and initial experience with programming languages (Python, Java, R, etc.)
Fluent in English, German is an advantage
You are a team player (m/f/d) with a hands-on mentality and enjoy tackling new topics
