What you do

Development of the trading logic for our battery assets (stationary and EV)
Analysis of market potentials and identification trading signals
Design, implementation and operation tools and dashboards together with colleagues
Support of discussions on IT infrastructure and further development of the software architecture of internal tools
You work in an agile cross-functional quant/developer team to support commercial optimization in the short-term electricity trading team

Who you are

In-depth knowledge of the short-term markets for electricity and the underlying processes (in particular ancillary services and electricity markets)
Ideally professional experience in various areas of an energy supply company, preferably short-term trading
Programming or data science experience (Python) and experience with development tools and workflows (GIT, AWS cloud)
Strong knowledge of data science and machine learning methods and tools is a plus
Experience with cloud infrastructure and API frameworks
Ownership mentality and drive for energy and power markets
